Dear Chris, Hi. It's been a while since I bought a violin for my son last year when he was 15 months old. He's 23 months old and will be 2 years old next month. He really loves it and practice three times everyday. He's very proud of having his own violin and holding it under his little chin. Actually he cannot play the violin yet but learned a lot from his older mates. And he seems very happy when he could make a beautiful sound with the violin by himself. Please look at the photo. I received my Gliga Gamma professional violin yesterday . It was shipped as promised and in perfect condition. I was very very pleased with the quality and the sound of the instrument. The finish was beautiful. It just needed tuning and it was ready to play. The sound was very rich and wonderful. Much better than my old violin that I had been playing for over 10 years. I don't think there is a better violin for the money than a Gliga. Plus the fact that they are made in Romania and not china. I will be ordering a more advanced model later on. Just to let you know that we received the 3/4 Maestro Gliga Violin about a week ago. Firstly the packaging was excellent and the violin was in perfect condition! Secondly, it is an absolutely amazing violin! My son has been playing it a lot. He took it to his School- Trinity college in Western Australia. They have a very good strings program of which he is a part of. His teacher absolutely loved it! The more he plays it, the better it gets! It has such a clear warm sound. He has played it at school in his strings program, also in his Orchestra practice outside of school and finally he went busking with it last weekend and did extremely well! We would like to thank you for your expertise and total honesty in sending us a truly magical and much loved instrument. This is the third violin we have ordered from you, plus my two friends have also ordered from you here in Perth. We have all been extremely happy and would definitely recommend you in the future! Cristian, I just wanted to thank you for my recent violin purchase (B8025). I appreciate the attention to detail that has gone into this instrument. The wood that was used and fit and finish was especially beautiful. I am very happy with it. I was so excited when I recieved it that I called Maria. I ask to speak with you, but she told me that you were on your way to Romania. The set up on the violin made playing easier. The string spacing, radius of the bridge, and height of the strings at the nut and at the end of the fingerboard all contributed to this. I have researched the area of Rheign, Romania. Dear Violin Place, My name is Karen Kulzer; I recently purchased a 4/4 left-handed violin from your online store. I want to let you know that I am extremely pleased with the violin! This violin is so much better than the first violin that I started on (an older German-made model that was "converted" to a lefty and therefore not a true left-handed instrument). My new Gliga has a beautiful tone and is very comfortable to hold and play. I'm a professional pianist and teacher, and this is my first time taking lessons for the violin.....so I really appreciate how important good technique and how good (or bad) craftsmanship of your practice instrument can really affect the learning process.
